PROJECT: COMMUNITY INITIATIVE / BRAND CONCEPT

CLIENT: SELF-INITIATED

BRIEF

Yung Gents was created to address a gap in structured, positive environments for young men, particularly those lacking guidance, discipline, and a sense of direction.

The challenge was to build something that goes beyond fitness, creating a space that combines physical training with personal development, while remaining relevant and accessible to a younger audience.

INSIGHT

Young men don’t just need activity, they need structure, identity, and belonging.

Without that, energy gets misdirected. But when it’s channelled correctly, it becomes discipline, confidence, and purpose.

SOLUTION

I developed Yung Gents as a boxing-led initiative designed to build both physical and mental strength.

Boxing acts as the entry point, something engaging, challenging, and culturally relevant. But the structure goes beyond training, incorporating elements of discipline, mentorship, and personal development.

The brand identity reflects this balance. It’s direct, strong, and grounded, avoiding anything overly polished or artificial, and instead aligning with the raw, real nature of the environment it represents.

The concept is built to scale beyond sessions, with potential for content, community building, and partnerships that extend its reach and impact.
